Why are my feet so wide and fat? When I say why are my feet so wide and fat, I mean it literally. I have a problem with excess skin on the lower legs and on the bottom of my toes. It looks like I have moles and skin that are all sticking out.

Another reason why are my feet so wide and fat? It is just plain old genetics. I am skin and don’t do much exercise. When I do, I use the stairs. The only other way to get down the road is to go up and down the stairs. That means I have to carry a bag or a stroller and I can barely move it.

Now I am active but I still can’t lose that belly fat. The scale is still going up. I really need to do something about this. I love being active so I try to exercise on a regular basis but at the same time, I don’t want to lose any of my workout routine.

When I was in my early twenties I had cellulite on my thighs, arms, stomach, butt, and inner thighs. It made me feel sexy. So naturally, I wanted to get rid of it. I tried everything: cellulite creams, exercise machines, spa treatments, special shoes etc. But nothing worked.

Then I read that there are some exercises that will help burn off your fat away. They also said that they would help reduce lumps and cellulite build-up in your feet. So of course I gave it a try. First on the list of things to do was walking. Thirty minutes a day was hard to do so I chose a time of day that gave me at least an hour of walking a day.

After about a month I noticed a significant reduction in the amount of fat on my thighs, arms, and stomach. My gait became more fluid and walking felt more natural. The fat began to burn off. I was delighted!

But then I discovered that when I asked the question “why are my feet so wide and fat?” it turned out that I had a mineral deficiency that affects the function of the adrenal glands in your body. If this is the case, I imagine it is very rare for anyone to not have any symptoms of an adrenal deficiency even if they live an active lifestyle. I am happy to know that now I don’t have to be uncomfortable or self-conscious about the way my feet look.
